As part of the development of project and technical documentation for a multi-storey building in Osijek, a complete reconstruction and extension of the existing building up to G+5 storeys is planned. The project includes 15 residential units, commercial space on the ground floor, shared storage rooms on the first floor and a total of ten parking spaces, two of which are in the garage. Due to the increased number of storeys, the building is equipped with two staircases (one of which is a security one) and an evacuation elevator in a fire-resistant design. A concept for adapting the ground floor apartment for people with disabilities and reduced mobility has also been proposed.
