We have prepared the design and technical documentation for the construction of a family house in Vrsi. The functional organization of the ground floor includes living areas on the south side and a sleeping area, along with a utility room with a small bathroom. Service rooms such as the garage, technical rooms and bathrooms form an installation wall that serves as a barrier to neighbors. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms facing north and south, with swing doors leading to the loggias. The depth of the exterior spaces and the layout of communications are adapted to natural lighting and soundproofing of the rooms.
