We have prepared the design and technical documentation for the construction of the CLUSTER houses Filipovica residential complex in Osijek. The project includes a series of built-in houses and apartments with a storey of G+1 with spacious courtyards. The buildings are reinforced concrete structures with aluminum joinery and a facade system made of clinker bricks. The heating and ventilation systems include heat pumps and air recovery, along with the construction of a flat roof with TPO foil. A private green park with children's facilities and a parking lot on grass gratings is also planned within the settlement.
